The customer, however, is not always right. Customers
that violate our first rule and are nasty to our
employees are asked to take their business elsewhere.

While we agree on the long term vision and the core
values of the company, we often argue and disagree
internally about the correct next step. We believe
that dissent is part of a healthy environment. The
ship that is never rocked will have a hard time
shifting direction. |
