We are looking for someone who's a wiz at writing AJAX code. You need to know and understand all aspects of AJAX including HTML, Javascript, CSS and DOM. You should understand the issues relating to creating cross browser applications. Please look at our AJAX Suite for a sample of our products and the type of development we expect.

• You fully understand all aspects of DHTML including Javascript, HTML, CSS and DOM. and how they interact with each other.
• You are familiar with the issues of making AJAX work on various browsers.
• You write modular Object Oriented Javascript.
• You have good written communication skills.
• You are Reliable. You do things on time or communicate about the delay.

• You are able to write documentation
• You are familiar with Internationalization issues
• You are familiar with using subversion and Trac

We are looking for a junior assistant with some technical skills. This is an ideal position for someone who likes learning new tasks. You will wear many hats, doing whatever needs to be done. These tasks includes creating examples, web site maintenance, testing, documentation and more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to see the growth of a startup from up close. Since this is a junior position, we don't expect you to have all the listed skill, but are rather looking for someone that has some of these skills and is willing to work hard and acquire the others.

• Good understanding and familiarity of software engineering, including object oriented programming.
• Familiar with Javascript.
• Familiar with web page construction including HTML and CSS.
• Have visual design skills (create mockups in photoshop or gimp) .
• Able to write clear documentation.
• Good testing abilities.
